At Sforno, every pizza is made the traditional Neapolitan way — by hand, from dough to oven. No machines, no shortcuts. Just hands, fire, and a little bit of Naples.

 The oven is the king, the pizzaiolo is the artist, and every pizza leaves only when it’s perfect.

 

Right now the love for our pizzas has been a little too strong (we’re not complaining 😄), so we’ve temporarily paused online  orders to focus on serving our guests with the quality we believe in.
